In this "Re-do" video covering the topic of "Vintage Audio Repair and Restoration Expectations", I address the prospective customer who is seriously contemplating having repair / restoration work performed on their prized vintage audio gear. Obviously, this is for those with a deeper interest on the topic who want to know (in a non-technical manner), the reality of servicing audio equipment for longevity and proper function that is now decades old. Yes, this is a long video and certainly not for everyone's taste buds, nonetheless, those who like the "sit down jaw jacking" sessions, I hope this video helps to shed light on the topic.

In this video concerning this Audire Crescendo Stereo Amplifier, I go through and discuss my findings / point out substandard soldering etc., all of which leads up to a safe power up, some brief talk about the current limiter / dim bulb tester and some quick and basic testing in preparation for a complete restoration of this vintage amp.
