Prospective Customer Video Servicing Controls

This video is primarily for the prospective customer (audio enthusiast / audiophile type) that is interested in more info on the topic discussed. I often receive many emails (and calls) from those describing problems with noisey and intermittent controls. Since control servicing in multi-decade old audio gear is a "routine" part of repair and restoration, I wanted to clarify what is realistically involved in professionally servicing controls to an acceptable standard.
